Dear Homeowner,

Please be aware of May’s fumigation is scheduled inside of the condos for Wednesday, February 28th & Thursday, February 29th 2024.

Friendly reminder: The product used for fumigation is recommended by the local health & sanitary department and it is commonly used in hotels, houses, grocery stores and offices. It exterminates: spiders, scorpions, ants, cockroaches, and other crawling animals. The solution Is not toxic, however, it is recommend to wait 15 minutes to come back inside the unit.
