Dear Homeowner,

Please be aware of May’s fumigation is scheduled inside of the condos for Tuesday, March 26th & Wednesday, March 27th 2024.

Friendly reminder: The product used for fumigation is recommended by the local health & sanitary department and it is commonly used in hotels, houses, grocery stores and offices. It exterminates: spiders, scorpions, ants, cockroaches, and other crawling animals. The solution Is not toxic, however, it is recommend to wait 15 minutes to come back inside the unit.
