Procedures for Condo Alterations


Dear Homeowners,


This is a reminder of the procedures for Condo Alterations. As you know, all the renovation projects longer than 24 hours, are permitted to be done from June 1st to September 30th, 2024.


The steps are the following:


1. The Homeowner is to present the HOA Management the full project to do in the unit with at least 15 days prior to estimated starting date, with a brief explanation of the renovations that are envisioned, cost, time frame and contractor information.


2. The HOA Management will asses the submitted projects and will pass them for approval to the Board of Directors.


3. The contractor, must come to the office to get a copy of the Contractor Regulations and fill out a form.


4. Once the project is approved, the Homeowner is bind to hand a $500 usd (cash or check) or 15% of the total cost of the project, as a guarantee deposit to cover expenses in case of damages to the public property and / or common areas. The amount or check will be returned to the Homeowner once the job is completed if incidentals do not occur.
