As per the many reports of bad smell in the complex, we suspected that the lines were somehow contaminated with gray water. Given this situation, the BOD has decided to take a serie of steps to ensure that the plumbing system is not affected again by this.

1. Random units water samples testing.

2. Pool water chemical testing.

3. Irrigation system chemical test.

4. Treatment plant (progresive samples taken every week for 4 weeks).

5. Pipelines modification with BFP valves(Back Flow Preventer).

6. Secure the irrigation system within the complex.

7. Signalization of irrigation/gray and potable water.

The results of the test in most of the cases will be available by next week with the exception of the water treatment.

The time frame for these modifications is estiblished to be completed in the next 6 weeks in order to guaratee that this issue is not presented in the future.

Según los numerosos informes sobre malos olores en el complejo, sospechamos que las líneas han sido de alguna manera contaminadas con aguas grises. Ante esta situación, el BOD ha decidido tomar una serie de medidas para garantizar que el sistema de hidráulico no vuelva a verse afectado por esto.

1. Pruebas de muestras de agua en unidades aleatorias.

2. Pruebas químicas del agua de la piscina.

3. Prueba química del sistema de riego.

4. Planta de tratamiento (muestreos progresivos cada semana durante 4 semanas).

5. Modificación de tuberías con válvulas BFP (Back Flow Preventer).

6. Asegurar el sistema de riego dentro del complejo.

7. Señalización de riego/agua gris y potable.
   

Los resultados de las pruebas en la mayoría de los casos estarán disponibles la próxima semana, a excepción del de la planta de tratamiento.

Se establece que el plazo para estas modificaciones se completará en las próximas 6 semanas para garantizar que este problema no se presente en el futuro.
